In the wake of the disgraceful closure of one of Melbourne's iconic live music venues, I have decided to do a top 10 of what remains. Government policy makers need to take a long hard look at themselves. They are killing this city!!!!

3. Billboards The Venue - 170 Russell Street, Melbourne
4. Workers Club - 51 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy
5. Corner Hotel - 57 Swan Street, Richmond
6. Prince Bandroom - 29 Fitzroy Street, St Kilda
7. Palace Theatre - 20 Bourke Street, Melbourne
8. Toff in Town - 252 Swanaston Street, Melbourne
9. The Espy - 11 The Esplanade, St Kilda
10. Evelyn Hotel - 351 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy

The Tote Hotel would of fit in nicely with this list. Let's hope that they sort it out and can re-open real soon. Long live "Live Music Venues". Feel free to comment or make suggestions.
